Account information: your name, email address, chosen role, and password (stored as a hash we cannot read).
Membership information: your plan, billing interval, and renewal date. Card numbers are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
Content you create: visual schedules, reward charts, favourites, and behavior notes.
Behavior notes and schedules may reference a child by first name or nickname. Please avoid entering full names, addresses, medical record numbers, or other identifying details.
We never sell content you create, and we do not use it to train advertising models.
To provide the service, keep your saved materials available across devices, process membership payments, and send service emails you have asked for.
Aggregated, de-identified usage statistics help us decide which resources to build next.
You can update your profile and role at any time from your account page, unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click, and request deletion of your account and its content by contacting us.
